Late Policy
If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may be required to move that patient’s appointment to a new date or time. In this case, the patient may be charged a “no-show” fee due to the missed appointment.
Cancellations
Mimico Medical has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation fees per delayed cancellations or missed appointment may apply. Following three missed appointments, Primary Care Physicians reserve the right to no longer provide clinical services at their discretion.
Our Specialists and Physiotherapists have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellation fees may be applied.
Appointments
At Mimico Medical, we are committed to providing thorough medical care and limiting patient wait times. In order to make this possible, we ask that no more than 1-2 issues are addressed per visit.
